回复4楼:顾客是上帝说的是客户在公司面前是上帝,但不是在服务人员面前是上帝。如果客人说了一些针对服务人员个体冒犯的语言,那就超出了公司与顾客的关系。如果客人说的话是针对的公司,比如咒骂这个公司is so bad, this company's service is ridiculous,这都是没问题的。但辱骂客服人员是犯罪。有些客服电话等候语里有,the rude and aggressive language is not allowed.
