回复15楼:我也觉得是，而且是戴维斯双杀，一边是要续约的或者刚刚用上的客户会不续费/退款；一边就是巨大未知的赔偿，看过reddit一个回复说，这些巨头后面的都是mountain legal team，这个公司可以躲得了一个躲不开另一个，实在是给他蒙过去不用赔，人家就不续约换其他产品了

 回复15楼:我用 macOS 所以不了解CS这个安全软件，但看相关报道，好像这个软件也不是个人安装的客户端，而是用于监管维护托管在云端的微软服务器，是CS更新导致微软服务器崩溃，然后蔓延至所有使用微软数据服务的终端。
中国企业躲过一劫是因为微软在中国境内的服务器托管给第三方中国公司运营，微软无权访问数据，也没安装CS软件，类似于TikTok 托管给甲骨文。而中国境内的外企，使用企业VPN接入境外微软服务器的，则无一豁免都中招了。所以那些个蒙受损失的个人及企业，即便告不了CS也会告微软，微软的市值可是数一数二的😂

 回复1楼:几乎绝对会。软件由于使用失误出现损失可以不赔偿，但是由于软件公司自己造成的错误导致的经济损失是要负责的。再说你看都是什么巨型公司在用它的软件，这些公司的法律团队也是超强阵容。
