 回复7楼:俄罗斯工业水平基本是中国2000年左右水平，中国在工业整体水平已经领先俄国20年，现在中国制造业工厂基本实现无人全自动化生产。只是在个别尖端领域落后美国而已，那已经和制造业没有多大关系，是基础学科的落后以及其导致的尖端领域落后。

现在中国的武器装备领先俄罗斯几代，俄罗斯现在破烂落后的武器装备，中国根本就看不上眼。俄罗斯只能退还以前霸占中国的领土，才能得到中国的援助。
