你不懂美国宪法，就少说两句，美国宪法还规定，各州投出选举人票后，再派出选举人去国会投票，如果选举人投票与各州的投票结果不一样，按美国宪法也是合法的，虽然这种情况很少出现。你不但愚蠢而且无知，多学习一点知识吧，别被人骗了。

The 12th Amendment of the Constitution lays it out:
