但可以解决通缩的问题
就算习近平今天被逼无奈出台的救市政策，也没有包括市场化改革政策
比如打破国企大锅饭和国企在贷款，土地资源上的优势，鼓励私营企业发展
也没有财税体制改革，让出中央政府税收给地方政府，让地方政府的责任和收入匹配
也没有支持移民，鼓励生育，增加产假，阻止中国过快老龄化的福利改革政策
等等
没有这些结构性改革，中国经济长期问题依旧得不到解决
