这种军事排名是一种政治上的延续，是各方默认的结果。
美国从军队规模，到海外基地，到战舰飞机数量，肯定是第一。
但为什么俄罗斯是第二？？？俄罗斯除了核武还剩下什么？但各种军事排名坚持把俄罗斯放在第二的位置，原因是俄罗斯如果已经是个弱鸡，那北约存在的价值是什么？美国以后还怎么驾驭群狗，何必还在欧洲驻军呢？
而从俄罗斯方面来看，必须维持自己表面上的强大，不然会进一步压缩俄国的战略空间，所以俄国也是黑不提白不提的认下这个排名。
之于中国么，就想偷偷发展，让老毛子去吸引注意力，最好把中国排到10名开外，所以也完全不在意。不然按中国现有的装备，海空军和美国比可能还有差距，但中国产能是美国的N倍，如果打仗，常规武器数量分分钟超过美国，更别说区区俄罗斯了。现在欧洲加美国一年也就能产百万级别的炮弹，俄罗斯能接近千万级别，中国随便随便几千万，这还是生产线开工率10%的状态。
