回复2楼:暂停稀土管制换减关税，挺好。可惜的是减得不够多。我以为减了34%，但其实只减了10%，24%只是继续暂停，这是四月特朗普发疯的时候加的，后来股市大跌他两周后暂停的recipical 关税。
