你自己看吧，美国将绝对拥有乌克兰的矿产资源的利润，并且这个fund是在美国法律的监管下，然后再投some revenues to Ukraine，自己去看看，别光看留园的翻译。看看原版的卖国协定是咋写的… 利润和所有权是归美国，美国再投资一点回去给乌克兰重建… 具体投资多少，根本没有框架要求。

你其实可以再进一步google一下或者怎么一下，去理解这句话。你明显是看到了原文但也不知原意。
而且这个agreement里多次提到接下来的fund agreement才写是具体细节的时候。

虽然这也不是原文，而是纽时的解释。我就这段帮你理解一下。美国法律限定了美国政府持有某一个fund的能力，比如美国政府可以以fund的形式投资海外，但不是没有限度的。这里边没有说fund的ownership，而且agreement明确指出contribution决定ownership。乌克兰注入50%的。。。也就意味着乌克兰持有至少这些资金占比的owership。至于美国的contribution怎么算，文中并没有写。“though not necessarily all”指的是允许外部的注资，持有，包括乌克兰政府。整个这段话，指的是美国政府对fund的参与和监管尺度，而不是所有权的多少。你可以理解成权力和权益的区别。你如果理解成美国拥有fund，以及产生的revenue。就没有任何根据。
